Our offices are open and ready to serve all of your banking needs. Walk-ins are accepted without an appointment. If you would like to schedule an appointment, please contact us at 410.584.7228, option 4.  

As the COVID-19 Pandemic evolves, our top priority remains the health and safety of our members, our employees and our community. We are committed to following the CDC’s recommendations as well as orders issued by our local and state governments, to help slow the spread of COVID-19. The lobby experience will feel quite different than before, but our commitment to providing you with an easy, reliable banking experience has never been stronger.

What to expect when visiting our lobbies:
  • Employees will wear facial coverings and provide service from behind clear acrylic barriers.
  • You will be asked to wear a facial covering while inside the lobby. Please note that for security reasons, we may ask you to briefly lower and then replace your facial covering so that we can identify you.
  • Occupancy will be limited to promote social distancing guidelines. You will be greeted at the front entrance upon arrival. If you have an appointment or wish to meet with a member service specialist (new accounts, loans, account reviews, etc.), we will sign you in and may ask you to wait in your vehicle during peak times.
  • New floor signs have been installed to direct members on where to walk and wait for service.
  • Hand sanitizer will be available for members upon request.
  • Surfaces within the office will be sanitized throughout the day, followed by a thorough cleaning each night.
  • We strongly encourage you to limit visits only to those whose presence is necessary for the transaction.

As always, we continue to offer full service through our drive-thru lanes at all Point Breeze offices, our call center and online service delivery channels:

  • FREE Online Banking & Online Bill Pay – If you are new to online or mobile banking, we are here to help you. Please call us at 410.584.7228 and our team of Member Service Representatives will be happy to guide you through enrollment.
  • FREE Mobile Banking & Mobile Deposit – Download our app from the Apple App Store or Google Play.
  • AUDRE, our automated phone teller (410.584.7228 or 888.233.7228, option 1)
  • 24-hour ATMs are available at all Point Breeze locations
  • 30,000 surcharge-free CO-OP Network ATMs nationwide, many of which take deposits (visit PBCU.com/ATMs or download our mobile app to find locations near you)
  • Online Loan Application and Loan-By-Phone (410.682.6774)
  • Night Drop Depositories – Available at all Point Breeze locations. Please make sure to include your member number on the envelope.
